At ASAC, you won't just observe great engineering programs - you'll lead them. Work alongside Australia's best systems engineers on the programs defining the next generation of rail, defence, and infrastructure.
We're a compact, expert team where every engineer has real ownership and direct impact on programs that matter to millions of Australians.
Sydney Metro. Cross River Rail. Melbourne Airport Rail. These aren't background projects - at ASAC you are a named contributor on Australia's flagship infrastructure programs.
Flat structure means direct exposure to senior engineers and program leads from day one. You'll develop faster here than in any large firm where specialists are siloed.
As an IBM Silver Business Partner, we operate with world-class tools and standards. Your work is done properly - with the methods, standards, and tooling it deserves.
Rail, defence, space, aviation, mining - ASAC's breadth means your skills translate across industries, making you a more versatile and sought-after engineer over time.
Engineers from diverse backgrounds - disciplines, countries, career paths. We value different perspectives because the problems we solve are genuinely complex.
Based at 60 Martin Place in the heart of Sydney's CBD and 80 Ann Street, Brisbane. Client proximity and great transport links, in two of Australia's premier engineering hubs.
We are accepting Expressions of Interest across all eight of our core engineering disciplines. Find where your expertise fits.
Lead end-to-end systems engineering processes - from requirements capture and architecture through to interface definition, integration, and lifecycle traceability on major infrastructure programs.
Develop safety cases, hazard logs, and RAMS analyses for safety-critical systems. Work with standards like EN 50126, IEC 61508, and MIL-STD-882E in rail, defence, and aviation.
Build and maintain QMS frameworks, conduct audits, manage NCRs, and embed quality assurance disciplines across complex, multi-contractor program environments.
Identify, assess, and manage risks across safety-critical programs. Develop risk registers, bow-tie analyses, and ALARP/SFARP arguments aligned with AS/NZS ISO 31000.
Design, verify, and commission modern signalling systems - ETCS Level 2, CBTC, Interlockings, and SCADA - on Australia's most complex rail network transformation programs.
Lead multi-discipline teams, manage stakeholder interfaces, and drive delivery across schedule, cost, and quality targets on high-visibility government infrastructure programs.
Apply GIS, remote sensing, and spatial analytics to complex infrastructure programs. Deliver geospatial insights that inform design, planning, and operational decision-making.
Build AI-driven tools and software solutions that solve real engineering problems - from requirements analysis and automated verification through to data-driven decision support systems.
We are currently growing our team across multiple disciplines. All positions are open for Expressions of Interest.
ASAC is expanding to meet growing demand across our national program portfolio. We're looking for engineers and specialists at all experience levels - from graduate to principal - who want to work on genuinely challenging, safety-critical programs. Submit your EOI below and we'll be in touch when the right match arises.
